• Standard ground shipments available in Canada ONLY, with some exemptions to remote locations. Expedited and Next Day delivery available in select regions.
• Online purchases may be returned to select corporate stores within Canada where Joe Fresh apparel is carried, or by mail within 30 days of your purchase date with original tags and invoice. Exchanges are available in select stores only.
• Items returned to store are free. For items returned by mail, a return shipping fee of $8 will apply and be deducted from any amounts to be credited.
• Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: pierced earrings, hats, underwear, and items marked as Final Sale.
