Impact of Canada Post service disruption on online orders
Will I receive my order in time for the holidays?
With alternate carriers experiencing a higher volume of shipments at this time of year and due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we cannot provide a guarantee that your order will arrive on or before December 24, 2024.
Will my order be delayed due to the Canada Post service disruption?
While Canada Post is experiencing a service disruption, we are relying on other carriers.
Customers may experience delays in the delivery of their orders, with customers in P.O. boxes, fly-in communities and/or remote areas experiencing further delays
How will I know if my order is affected?
Refer to the tracking number in your ship order confirmation email. Use the Track your delivery link to view your estimated order delivery date. If the carrier indicated is Canada Post, your order may be delayed.
Can I choose a different shipping method?
Currently, we do not offer the option to select a specific carrier in advance.
How do I return my online order?
Stress-Free Holiday Return Policy
Purchases made from November 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 are eligible for an extended return until January 15, 2025 with original price tags and receipt.

We currently ship to all Canadian postal codes. Limited shipping options may be available in some areas. We may restrict shipping to certain addresses such as warehouses, freight forwarding/redirecting services and hotels. Shipping to the Unites States is not currently available.
After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be processed in our fulfillment center within 24-48 hours, subject to peak holiday periods. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a shipment tracking number. If you are a registered user, you may also log in to your account to review the status of your current and past orders.
Shipping Options
All shipments will be delivered by the courier stated on your shipping confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you can track your shipment via the courier's website. Delivery standard begins once the courier has processed the parcel at their facility.
Standard: $3.99 (plus applicable taxes), estimated delivery within 4-7 business days*
Please note: as of January 23, 2023 express shipping is no longer available for online orders.

Track Status
Your tracking number may take 2-3 days to update online after the initial scan is completed by the courier for all provinces excluding ON, QC, NU, YT and NWT.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations. At this time, we are not able to split an order into multiple shipping destinations.
