How does in-store pickup work?
1. Place Your Order
See if your item qualifies for pickup on its product page. Add to cart, choose "Store Pickup" on the side panel and select your location.
2. Watch Your Inbox
We’ll send you a “Ready for Pickup” email when your order’s good to go.
3. Pick Up In Store
Show your Ready for Pickup email—orders are ready within 24 hours and held for 72 hours.

FAQ's
Orders are picked up at the selected stores Customer Service area. Detailed pickup instructions will be sent in your order confirmation email. Please note the order will not be available for pickup at the Joe Fresh department.
No, the order can only be picked up at the Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store location selected during checkout.
Your order will be available to pickup within 24-hours of placement with the only exception being statutory holidays. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
Orders will be held for 72 hours. If the order is not picked up within 72 hours the order will be automatically refunded to you.
Currently only certain stores are offering Buy Online, Pickup In Store. Please check the store list here for participating stores.
You or someone you designate can pick up your order. You’ll have the option to assign a pickup person during checkout. Please ensure the “Ready for Pickup” email is available to show to customer service at the time of pickup.
Style, colour, and size availability can vary between stores at the time of purchase due to availability or other factors.

Buy Online, Pickup In-Store orders follow the same 30-day return process as all other Joe Fresh orders. Please see our return policy here for full details.
Your credit card will be charged when the order is packed and ready for pickup. If the order is not picked up for 3-days it will be refunded.
Unfortunately while we do our best to fully fulfill your order, there are times when an item goes out of stock between order placement and fulfillment. In these circumstances we do not charge you for this portion of your order.
