Orders are picked up at the selected stores Customer Service area. Detailed pickup instructions will be sent in your order confirmation email. Please note the order will not be available for pickup at the Joe Fresh department.

No, the order can only be picked up at the Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store location selected during checkout.

Your order will be available to pickup within 24-hours of placement with the only exception being statutory holidays. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

Orders will be held for 72 hours. If the order is not picked up within 72 hours the order will be automatically refunded to you.

Your credit card will be charged when the order is packed and ready for pickup. If the order is not picked up for 3-days it will be refunded.

Unfortunately while we do our best to fully fulfill your order, there are times when an item goes out of stock between order placement and fulfillment. In these circumstances we do not charge you for this portion of your order
