Shipping & Handling 

Due to the potential Canada Post service disruption, we’ve made adjustments to our delivery carriers, which impacts all remote and P.O. box addresses. Any remote and P.O. box orders placed after May 9 will be cancelled while we monitor the situation and determine next steps. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.

All other orders will be unaffected as we are working with alternative carriers that will reliably deliver to you.

We currently ship to all Canadian postal codes. Limited shipping options may be available in some areas. We may restrict shipping to certain addresses such as warehouses, freight forwarding/redirecting services and hotels. Shipping to the Unites States is not currently available. 

After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be processed in our fulfillment center within 24-48 hours, subject to peak holiday periods. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a shipment tracking number. If you are a registered user, you may also log in to your account to review the status of your current and past orders. 

All shipments will be delivered by the courier stated on your shipping confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you can track your shipment via the courier's website. Delivery standard begins once the courier has processed the parcel at their facility.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of discount and to modify or cancel these promotions due to system error or unforeseen problems.

Your tracking number may take 2-3 days to update online after the initial scan is completed by the courier for all provinces excluding ON, QC, NU, YT and NWT. 

We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations. At this time, we are not able to split an order into multiple shipping destinations.
