SHIPPING & HANDLING

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to the Contiguous United States and cannot ship to Hawaii or Alaska. Limited shipping options may be available in some areas. We may restrict shipping to certain addresses such as warehouses, freight forwarding/redirecting services and hotels. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO and PO Box addresses.
International shipping is currently not available.

ORDER PROCESSING

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

After your order has been placed, you will be notified with an order confirmation email. Your order will be processed in our fulfillment center within 24-48 hours, subject to peak holiday periods. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a shipment tracking number. If you are a registered user, you may also log in to your account to review the status of your current and past orders.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

What shipping options are available?

All shipments will be delivered by UPS®. Once your order has shipped, you can track your shipment online at www.ups.com. Delivery standard time frames start once the carrier has processed the parcel at their facility. UPS DOES NOT deliver to PO Box locations. Please ensure to provide a street address during checkout. Shipments addressed to a PO Box will be held for 5 days while attempts are made to contact you for a street address.

GROUND SHIPPING: $8 (plus applicable taxes), estimated delivery within 4-7 business days*
EXPRESS SHIPPING: $17 (plus applicable taxes), estimated delivery within 2-3 business days*
*Delivery times are subject to parcel destination. We are not responsible for delays due to severe weather.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Canada. This means the recipient of the parcel is the Importer of Record and is responsible for paying any import duties and other taxes on the order. Further details on import duty can be found below.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations. Express delivery is only available for select locations. At this time, we are not able to split an order into multiple shipping destinations.

Will I have to pay duties or customs fees on my order?

Duty will be applied to orders with a total of $800.00 USD or more. All duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package and are to be paid at the time of delivery. We are unable to provide an estimate of the total charge for duty at the time of checkout. Contact U.S. Customs and Border Protection or visit them here to learn more.

GIFT MESSAGING AND GIFT WRAPPING

Gift messaging is available free of charge to our customers. Upon checkout, you may enter a personalized message up to 300 characters to the recipient of your order.
Gift packaging is available for an additional fee of $5. Gifts will be hand packed in Joe Fresh branded materials and a gift invoice will be included for easy returns.
