WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We currently ship to all Canadian postal codes. Limited shipping options may be available in some areas. We may restrict shipping to certain addresses such as warehouses, freight forwarding/redirecting services and hotels. For US orders, please visit JoeFresh.com/us International shipping is currently not available.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
After your order has been placed, you will be notified with an order confirmation email. Your order will be processed in our fulfillment center within 24-48 hours, subject to peak holiday periods. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a shipment tracking number. If you are a registered user, you may also log in to your account to review the status of your current and past orders.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
What shipping options are available?
All shipments will be delivered by the courier stated on your shipping confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you can track your shipment via the courier's website. Delivery standard begins once the courier has processed the parcel at their facility.
STANDARD: $8 (plus applicable taxes), estimated delivery within 4-7 business days*
EXPRESS: $17 (plus applicable taxes), estimated delivery within 2-3 business days*
PRIORITY: $25 (plus applicable taxes), estimated delivery within 1-2 business days* for orders placed by 11:00 AM
*Delivery times are subject to parcel destination.
TRACKING STATUS
Your tracking number may take 2-3 days to update online after the initial scan is completed by the courier for all provinces excluding ON, QC, NU, YT and NWT.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations. Express delivery is only available for select locations. At this time, we are not able to split an order into multiple shipping destinations.

All taxes will be applied subject to federal and provincial tax legislation.
