Will my order be delayed due to the Canada Post service disruption?
While Canada Post is experiencing a service disruption, we are relying on other carriers. Orders to remote areas and P.O. boxes will be cancelled. All other orders will be unaffected as we are working with alternative carriers that will reliably deliver to you.
Can I still expect fast shipping?
Yes! You can still expect reliable service as we are relying on other carriers at this time.
Can I choose a different shipping method?
Currently, we do not offer the option to select a specific carrier in advance.

Shipping Options
All shipments will be delivered by the courier stated on your shipping confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you can track your shipment via the courier's website. Delivery standard begins once the courier has processed the parcel at their facility.

The offer entitles you to purchase a total of $50 or more before applicable taxes and shipping fees and get Free Standard Shipping on your order. The offer applies to standard shipping orders only. No code required. Not valid for cash. Cannot be applied to previous purchases. Offer valid in Canada only. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of discount and to modify or cancel these promotions due to system error or unforeseen problems.
We currently ship to all Canadian postal codes. Limited shipping options may be available in some areas. We may restrict shipping to certain addresses such as warehouses, freight forwarding/redirecting services and hotels. Shipping to the Unites States is not currently available.Â
After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be processed in our fulfillment center within 24-48 hours, subject to peak holiday periods. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a shipment tracking number. If you are a registered user, you may also log in to your account to review the status of your current and past orders.Â
Track Status
Your tracking number may take 2-3 days to update online after the initial scan is completed by the courier for all provinces excluding ON, QC, NU, YT and NWT.Â
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations. At this time, we are not able to split an order into multiple shipping destinations.
